Gary Williams, the owner and operator of Troy Black Belt Academy, began studying karate as a teenager and has over 33 years of martial arts training. In 1985, with help from his mother and sisters, he established his school and has been offering karate classes and producing some of the most outstanding martial artists in the area ever since.
Now married with two children of his own, Gary values the nurturing, family-friendly environment at the studio. Many of the instructors are former students and have been affiliated with the school for several years.
Troy Black Belt Academy is unique in its versatility. We offer everything from highly advanced and intense martial arts to programs that cater to young children and beginners. In addition to offering Kenpo karate classes for adults and children, Troy Black Belt Academy also conducts a popular After School Program and Summer Day Camp.
