Adult Karate Classes
Williams Kenpo Karate provides conditioned reflex training to adults. Participants work with hands-on practices of self-defense techniques.
These practices are designed for use by an individual regardless of age, size, or gender. Elements of self-defense are practiced repeatedly until efficiency is attained and confidence prevails.
Participants would never want to find themselves in a threatening situation where he/she does not have a logical method of defense.
Self-defense skills are instructed one technique at a time. Countless combinations of basic defense techniques involve body conditioning which results in improved flexibility, coordination, muscle tone, and endurance.
The end result generates an unbeatable workout that can burn up to 800 calories in one hour for the average male and 650 for the average female.
