The style of self-defense teaches "Learning by doing". It requires hands on practices of real possible life situations using short effective defense techniques. They perform a new skill repeatedly until their confidence is secure in that maneuver.
We focus on what they can do to protect themselves instead of teaching them a new language or discussing in detail the reasons behind each technique. They are coached towards new levels of success each time they are awarded a new belt.
They receive safety skills that last a lifetime and self-confidence that builds their future.
